Water won’t make you lose weight on it’s own but if you use it to cut calories, it can help. What you should start doing if you want to use water as a weight loss aid is to start replacing high calorie drinks such as sweet tea, soda and fruit juices with water. This will save you 100-200 calories per glass replaced. A few of these will make a dent in your calorie intake each day.
