    Eating more fruits and veggies is one of the best suggestions on here. These are high in fiber which will slow down the digestion process and keep you full for longer. This will slow down the calories release and keep you from eating more which will decrease fat storage. Eating a diet high in fiber is on of the steps to getting ripped.
